This project involves building of three houses adjacent to Sai Kung Bay. The owner of each villa can enjoy ultimate privacy and sense of ownership as each of them is unique from one another. Stone cladding and aluminum cladding are featured in the building. This project was in construction stage when I was involved and is completed now. I am in charge of project coordination, duties include participating weekly consultants’ meeting, preparing minutes; tendering such as preparing tender addendum using Revit, drafting response to tender queries; site supervision, including attending site meetings with client, consultant and contractor, and preparing minutes. This project’s construction started at 2015 and was completed at 2016 subsequently.
