This highly innovative project proposes a pavilion that not only defines the essence and identity of the shopping mall, but also triggers a fundamental shift into high quality art and cultural event in the 21st century. The exterior shell of the pavilion is coated with Iridescence paint , which can induce exceptional play of light and material that will be appreciated along with the Time Square. The interior is filled with unconventional, yet remarkably smooth walls that enhance the visual experience of those art pieces. Using state-of-the-art but economical CNC Mill prefabricating technique, the space-defining modular close-packed polyhedron panel could be produced at ease. The museum will be constructed with a structure of nodes and rodes, then assembled with the saddle surface panel derived from a highly accurate real-time physics engine - Kangaroo.
