This is a 15-storey new patient tower for Toronto Western Hospital of UHN. It is a fast-track project with Flynn Speedwall construction and is opted for zero carbon certification.

The new patient tower consists of three stacked-boxes that integrated to the existing hospital. The garden at ground floor and exterior terrace at L11 provides the much needed public outdoor space in an urban setting. The undulating ACM cladding with white mica and copper metallic accent creates a contemporary appearance, while resonates with the surrounding historical brick buildings.
