This project involves in relocating the existing Vancouver Community college Seiffert Market (bakery) from Level 2 to Ground level, and replacement of existing storefront glazing. I was the construction administration coordinator and have involved in issuing SI, RFI, CoP, CO, participate in resolution of disputes and interpretation of conflicts in regards to delay claims and contract documents, attended field review, assisted in close-out procedure.
